What the fuck is this?

This is worth my vote 5, that is what this is. My only concern (and why I'll review 9 instead of a perfect 10) is that Epic Games might get a bit pissy like they did with the first Cogs parody. Asides from that, the animation was smooth, the voices were clear, and the script was funny, so hopefully you won't get sued. I really hope that this doesn't get pulled from the public like the other one because this is genuinely pretty damn good, especially for something done in such a short time.

JohnnyUtah responds:

its true, they may throw a fit and demand its deleted from existance like before - so watch while you can.

Bwah!

The animation is crude, and the audio is poor but it's still really funny and just like how I'd imagine Hank Hill.

Davidivesfilms responds:

HEY! thanks for the cool comment and score. i appreciate it.

Not your best work

It was short and sweet yet creepy and awkward at the same time. You've made better stuff but I can't complain that this is bad. The animation was so basic that it added to the weird feel of the dialogue-driven performance.

Thanks

You've always amazed me

Every time you make something I know it's going to be great. Maybe some improvement with the lip syncing but asides from that I can't find anything wrong.

rodstew2 responds:

Thanks Cerion, and yeah I know the lip-syncing was off a lot of the time, mainly because of how stupid me and my friend recorded the voices, with far too much of a pause at the beginning, making it hard to know where the actual voice would start and end.
Thanks for the review and I look forward to see what you'll create soon.

Amazingly worth the wait.

At first I was obviously skeptical when I saw this in the portal awaiting approval, seeing as so many cock-fuckers have tried to smear the good reputation of this amazing series over the last few months, but upon discovering this to be the real deal I stopped everything I was doing in order to watch this amazing long-awaited piece of brilliance.

By the way, the title music was as epic as the wait itself.

Very well done

I like how close this actually is to the real series and how this really could take place in Bleach. My only problems are why Rukia has to be saved by Ichigo when she could easily defeat the hollows with her kido spells or using her Sode no Shirayuki, however after watching Rukia's Day i've supposed you wouldn't want to mimic one of Bleach's major flaws being repetitive whenever people fight. (For example, Kira explaining that Wabisuke doubles the weight of anything it cuts and the affect is accumulative.)

I understand that Ichigo would fight the Arrancar (whom by the way i love the typical Arrancar "Im better than you so I refuse to take my hands out of my pockets unless its time to fight" stance.) But I don't see why the normal hollows weren't already beaten by the time strawberry-head arrived, or for that matter why normal hollows were able to shoot cero beams from their mouths.

That aside, I'd love to see the actual ending once you have the time around your schooling to finish this already amazing tribute to one of the best animes out there. Great job.

Kayjun responds:

TY!!! im sorry i couldnt add a kickass fighting scene at the end because that was what i was going to do but school has held me back ill start on another project (maybe) during christmas vaca or next summer or something :p

Okay, but not great

I will admit that some parts were rather low-quality but there were a few decent ones that made up for it big time. I was curious as to how this would turn out and I am overall satisfied with the fact that this collab was open to less-experienced animators whose individual submissions might not have been quite up to par with the people on the portal looking for easy blam points. If there is ever plans on creating a second Ninja Collab, I will definitely contribute my own segment and hopefully help make the world a better place through the influence of the ninja.

Not half bad

As far as sticks fighting DBZ-style goes, absolutely nothing new or creative in any way nowadays, but as far as this individual movie goes, the animation was very smooth and wasn't too bad lengthwise. Despite getting lazy at the end, It was overall quite a bit better then lots of the completely half-assed submissions involving stickmen.

threassance responds:

thanks. just kinda played arround with it for a while. and i do have a series going too, incase you wanna see it :D

This flash is crunk, fo' shizzle

The audio was really funny to listen to but the actual animation was incredibly basic and short, yet to the point. It made for a good chuckle, so I vote 4/5.

Pretty impressive job

The animations were simple and I was a bit confused at the end, but the backgrounds were very well done and the music was used to great effect. Keep up the great work.
